Technology Plus has elected to offer one dental plan this year based upon employee participation levels. In addition we have elected a traditional PPO plan that enables you to seek dental care through any provider. Rates remain extremely competitive. Seeing an out-of-network dental provider does not have the same significant financial ramifications as experienced with medical care, however, you could be balance-billed by an out-of-network provider. Most dental offices will provide you with a treatment plan and estimated cost based upon your benefits.
