Meet Lt. Col Richard Santisteban

Currently serving in Iraq, Lt. Col Santisteban is the son of Fernando Santisteban who previously worked for Tech Plus. Lt. Col. is the Deputy Commander of the 13th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron, a component of the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing stationed at Balad Air Force Base, just North of Bagdad.  He has been in the Air Force since he was 17, worked his way up by going to OCS and Flight School.

This shot is taken during a mid-air re-fueling. "Hi, Pop!" was the title!
