We are asking employees on direct deposit to utilize the cbizsolutions website to view their weekly checks online and eliminate the need for mailing vouchers.  If you have questions or would like to participate, contact Jeri (jpeery@tplusinc.com) or scroll down further to the cbizsolutions section for access instructions.

Another paper-saving suggestion is eliminating cover pages when faxing weekly timesheets unless you are giving an instruction or asking a question.

  If we confirm the candidate, YOU get a NET of $200 after the candidate has worked 2 months on the assignment (other shops make you wait 6 months!)

Want to know how much your Direct Deposit check is before payday (as early as Tuesday mornings!)?  Need copies of a previous check for a bank or mortgage company? 

Link to http://www.cbizsolutions.com and enter the required info to access your personal and secure information.  For first-time visitors, your USER NAME is your social security number with no dashes and your PASSWORD is the last 4 digits.  Before you exit the site, you are required to change your password.  From the entry point, click on the "Payroll" tab on the left side of the screen and then "Payroll Snapshot".  Select the payroll date you need and view or print! 

As mentioned in our "GO GREEN" article, our goal is to not mail vouchers for employees on direct deposit because of your instant access to the information.  If you would like to join in that effort and allow us to NOT mail your direct deposit voucher, just let Jeri know!
